The overview of the converged media model is that of a customer-centric outlook. The skillsets normally required during implementation are as follows:

  • Creative Graphic and Campaign Strategists
  • Digital Developers
  • Copy writers and editors
  • Channel Experts
  • Data Analysts

In larger organizations most if not all are present albeit dispersed in various departments. These service can be brought together in a working group for the first Converged Media campaign. As a smaller company these skillsets may not be available and agencies will be required to provide these services.
