ROXAN Developments

Roxan has maintained a high profile locally and the public, particularly in and around Southampton, recognises the brand as being synonymous with great buildings in great locations.

With Roxan having completed the construction of its fourth development in Bournemouth discerning purchasers in this area are also becoming familiar with the high quality Roxan brand.

At the end of 2007 Roxan was recognised in the prestigious Daily Mail Awards.    The Reef won 'Best Development in Dorset' for the company which acknowledges the superb design, finish, and customer service that all contributed to this landmark building.  This highly coveted accolade is the building industry's recognition of an outstanding development and is appreciated by the public who are becoming increasingly well informed and discerning about the properties they seek to buy.

Following on from The Reef's success, in 2008 Roxan received the highest possible acknowledgement for Vista at Alum Chine, Bournemouth which not only won 'Best Development in Dorset' but went on to win 'Best UK Development' at an international awards ceremony in Orlando, Florida.  See the press releases on the left.

The most recent successes at the Daily Mail Awards 2009 are Best Development in Hampshire for Oakdene in Bitterne, Southampton and Best Development in Dorset for Pine Grove at West Moors.  The Best Development in Dorset is the third year in a row that Roxan has won this award despite stiff competition.
